All I need is the motivation,

the motivation to get up in the morning,

the motivation to keep getting up in the morning,

the motivation to get up every morning.

The motivation to make it

to make it through one more day,

just one more day,

day after day.

The motivation, the will, the drive,

(the way will come once the will is in place)

but the starting up, the getting up, 

the one more day is the hardest part. 

On this island, or any island, 

all I need is the motivation to keep going.

But the point is that I need it.

And I don't have it. 

I have to make it

myself.
