Lost Love
Your eyes shone bright into my darkened soul.
Your smile lightened up my sorrowful life.
Your touch made me leap, made my stomach roll.
You made me know a world without hard strife.
To with you anything I would do,
For you make my heart forever fly high.
Without you I am a gray, blackened hue,
For you only the finest I would buy.
The words I lack outside my beating heart.
You are amazing in every way,
From you I never want to be apart.
I would kill for you to forever stay,
But as the season turns, your love doth stop,
For I was not your choice of preferred crop.
