Liar

Liar is what I've become,

To spare the feelings of everyone.

I won't say a word,

And you won't notice.

I'll keep quiet and smile,

And all my lies are worthwhile.

I'm sick of turning to you for help,

For you scoff at what I say,

And you become angry,

So alone in my head I lay.

You were against me when I sought help,

So I'll keep my secrets to myself.

I'll punish myself,

And won't even squeak.

I'll reply all that you inquire

With what I think you desire.

I've become a liar
