If The World Was A Playground

Children running, playing,

 No worries or commitments.

Carrying on as if they have been friends forever

You would never know they just met.

Children screaming, laughing,

They are not biased or narrow-minded.

Skin color and religion are of no importance,

It only matters what’s in the heart

This is what it means to be happy,

This is what it means to live your life to the fullest.

If the world was a playground

There would be no war, no crime, no grief.

They are new to this world, but yet they grasp concepts

We have been fighting about for decades.

Why can children understand the meaning of life,

While we destroy each other just because we can’t get along.
