For I am sin

I try so hard,

even when I feel I have made some progress

It is for naught.

My line is corrupt.

Painted with such darkness.

Betrayal, Rape, & Malice

such shame in my heart.

for I cannot change.

I seek to be different,

to be better.

so my eyes shine fullest,

without disgust upon my brow.

Hypocrisy is my tongue

Cruelty my hand

Suffering the milk

from which I sup.

Can I not change?

Diligence is now my tutor,

from her I practice.

Yet I fail.

Such pleasure I find in darkness…

I do not love,

only lust.

I do not partake,

only consume.

All must be mine,

for I am Sin.
