High School Blues

The other students make me insane

their silly words worm into my brain,

bringing it to a state of such mush

That I may as well be smoking kush

The teachers they distract,

so that from the lessons they detract

spinning silly stories and outrageous lies,

giving a pointless glimpse to their personal lives.

Truly, I want to learn

For some intellegence and wisdom I yearn

I'd be ecstatic over a good discussion,

but listening to these kids gives me a concussion

I'm ready to get out of here!

Find somewhere to kick it to high gear

Leaving, getting away from this place,

thats the path I want my steps to trace
