Hey There Peter Pan

Mon, 07/30/2018 - 15:33 -- Darbi

Hey there Peter Pan,

Come from Neverland,

come to take me away.

We don’t have much time

So let’s make this last

Enjoy it before it fades away

I’ll wait right here

Till we meet again

and we soar through the clouds

one by one

For it’s time to go

to jump through the window

to open new doors

and to find a new world

we are eye to eye

with the clouds in the sky

and it seems

it will last for

eternity

Come on Peter Pan

while the night’s still young

before this window closes

better hurry up

before I have to leave

and never see you again

for I’m waiting right here

needing to soar through the air

Holding your hand in mine

For it’s time to go

to jump through the window

to open new doors

and to find a new world

we are eye to eye

with the clouds in the sky

and it seems

it will last for

eternity

You're late Peter Pan

You lost track of time

And now you have to find another friend

Befriend a lonely soul

for I can’t go with you anymore

For it's too late to go

I can’t jump through windows

or open new doors

or find a new world

I long to be eye to eye

with the clouds in the sky

but it seems

eternity has ended
