Happiness Soup

To make happiness soup you need a pot seasoned with care,

And begin with a quart of smiles, now you're ready to prepare.

To start add a cup of hope and a dash of confidence,

Then a pint of selflessness and a pinch of intelligence.

Bring to a boil over a high flame of passion,

And, as it warms, add some sugar-just a dash in.

Mix in some glee and two scoops of singing,

And two sticks of comfort, then the heat you will be bringing

Down, to a mild sizzle, with a spoonful of rainbows until cool to the touch.

Finally, add love, of which you cannot have too much.

Take the pot off and turn off the heat with care,

And there you have it-happiness soup! Fresh and ready to share.
