Good Bye Lou

Location

Standing at the door with tears to the floor

Memories of Lou come rushing some more

Once on a sunny day a little lost soul came my way

With love and care I earned his trust

and soon he was apart of us

Broken and shattered was his small body

Over time with kindness he turned life to a party

Running behind me here and there

Under my feet every where

When I was sad and needed a friend

My Lou was their licking my hand

People would come and go

But my Lou was a rock sted fast and bold

Then one day he got sick

People came and he left quick

I never had the chance to say

I love you always to this very day!
