Gone to the other side
Spears of light reach towards the heavens
as flames illuminate along waters edge
protruding rock pyramids silhouettes,
the sun is falling off the horizon
as its beams hold the glow across the sky
orange pink clouds reflect goodbye
onto the evening water's crests,
so we say so long to the brilliance sol
her daily routine, somewhere else to go.
