Forecast of my Mind
My mindset is a thunderstorm. In the darkness I am lost and blinded by a storm cloud. There is, however, some hope for this natural disaster.
To free my mind from the ruckus, I must empty myself of any and all negativity. Like cloud drains it’s rain, I will drain my thoughts before my thoughts can drain me. Before I am swallowed up into an abyss, I must find a light. I grab a pen and begin to write, and as my thoughts take flight I might just find a speck of delight despite all of my stormy weathers. I let my rainfall fly and I find euphoric pleasure in calling this disaster ‘mine’.
I shall rain.
I shall reign.
