Swis, swish, she is air.
Floating and flowing, being a breeze.
Until she takes a stance.

Stomp, stomp, and she is earth.
Homely and humble, embracing every inch of stage.
Until she stares out at you.

Crackle, crackle, and she is fire.
Invoking and provoking, vaporizing her story.
Until she sinks in deep.

Wish, wish, and finally she is water.
Trailing through these trials, with uneasy ease.
Until she no longer dances.

Currents carry her lifeless soul
until she is burnt into the air.
This particle, this pebble, this flame, this droplet.
She starts her story's cycle.
Until she is exhausted by the chemicals, who poison her to an abrupt end.

"She" is Mother Earth. Is that right? This is so creative! I really enjoyed reading your poem!
