Red, orange, yellow, blue and green
All colors imaginable on one screen
People don’t pay attention
But the box is ruining more and more generations.
It’s quite unbelievable
The cartoons, characters and people
They are all so very relatable
It’s the wonders of cable.
But most of it is fiction
The programs, the shows, show no real conviction.
Newscasters and reporters frighten us with diction.
It’s the unlimited use of television.
Late night shows and artists may ridicule
But the box has an effect that’s anything but miniscule.
The youth, the future of this nation
They have no motivation
The box encourages procrastination
And does not ensue inspiration
The double edged glory will soon be forgotten
Outdoor activities and socializing will become sour and rotten
The ultimate entertaining creation
Will be the destruction of this nation
