A Bit Mellow

the remedy is deeper inside of me in heavenly apathy
we have come to believe the vested brevity
hands, feet & eyes...

the duration of conquest,
all of life is a test
cement shoes & you will sing the blues

parting is such sweet sorrow
it gets a bit mellow
put my head on a pillow

conclaves of sullen angelic beings
floating beneath the quill
shards of illumination bent on historic resolve
