Because I Love You.

Mon, 11/06/2017 - 22:59 -- ladoen

It seems as if no time ever passes by

When I stare longingly into your eyes.

Because I love you, you will be the only one

Until the moon loses luster, and life on Earth is done.

A hard days work is just a smooth glide

Knowing that soon you will be standing by my side.

Because I love you, no one will come in between

The passionate bond forged between you and me.

Melodies majestic may all around me soar

But your song never fails to strike me in my core.

Because I love you, I will let your voice grace my ears

Growing more and more tender, removing all my fears.

Their will never be a time when your shape forfeits its beauty.

You are exquisite and elegant, I say that will all certainty.

Because I love you, I pledge to always hold you in my arms

Never to judge you, and never to harm.

Through life we may stumble into a rough patch

When pressures set in and doubts start to latch,

Because I love you, I'll make sure that we work hand in hand

Never forgetting that united we stand.

Nothing on this planet can ever obscure

The joy I find in you, exceedingly pure.

My love, you are beautiful. What else can I say?

And I will always be with you, even past my dying day.
