Wake up feeling tired

What a slumpy day

Want to get the myself going

But stays in bed all day

Hate to see that happen

But it happens anyways

Time to make a change

That's what they all say

But is it that easy?

I shake my head in dismay

It's almost impossible

In my head it displays

But with a bit of intervention

It will all turn out okay

Together with friends and family

You just have to be brave

Life is full of struggles

but hope is always at bay
