Release

Lost in the crisis of time and exsistance,

fighting to keep motivation.

Why stuggle?

Effortless to let go.

Effortless to cease.

Somewhere,

in all the pain,

I remember an old friend,

warm and inviting.

How I savor our short lived encounters.

When you are gone,

I remember the heavenly sight,

off your shimmering grease,

your bright yellow blanket,

and your enticing red spots.

Most of all I aprecciate your holder,

what keeps you together,

saved for last,

as the best should be.

How can worry when you are with me?

For all I can think is how astonishing you are.

And when you leave,

I wonder when you shall return.

You ease my stress as no other does,

because you are reason enough to go on.
