Frantic wings beating blindly, Bombarding the window pane. Beak nimbly tap tap tap tapping the glass it doesn't see, Jewel toned chest sparkling sapphire in the sunlight.
You told the bird you don't like the way it sits on my wrist. You don't like how it would permanently stay. You don't like its meaning. And to make you happy the bird would have to sacrifice its own life in pain.
Have you ever seen a hummingbird cry? Those crystalline tears dripping down iridescent feathers. Perhaps that is why it's wings beat so fast. A vain attempt to dry the dreadful drops before the blooming flowers see.
A lilac breeze whistles a melodic tune it bewitching spellbound sound hypnotizes the two winged creature   its dainty wings beat a thousand times as they waltz through the branches
My heart is ice-yours fire. I have emotions of sorrow, yours of jealous rage. Your patience is one to quickly expire, but love, we are two birds in one cage.
