There’s nothing quite like the smellOf the gym’s weight room at 12:10 on a Tuesday night,Sweat rolling off in torrential waves as worrieswander away into the air vents.
Lost because there was too much weight
There was too much weight that I was starting to hate
I couldn't find myself the one solution
But then I realized it was all an illusion
I came across the perfect community
Inhale, now exhale. Close yours eyes and tell yourself you wont fail.Sweat down my back, muscles weakening.fatigue is trying to bring me down, but my mind isn't giving in.
I am here to tell you how it can be done.
I was a woman who was unhappy with the size of her waist.
I was ashamed.
Flabbergasted of how much time was wasted not caring.
I knew a girl
Weak, unhappy
Angered at who she was
Obsessed with who she was not
I knew a girl
Who had beautiful thighs
But hated them for their size
Then one day she put a weight in her hand
