It was always clean.  The smell of sanitizer suffocating the air. When I see her, she is constantly smiling in that taunting "I am better than you" way I wait and wait and wait.
                                                Heroin Here and there, there and here, Whats left for me, because life's unfair. Kill myself as i push you away, Stab myself as my heart goes astray.
You were over Me quick and Readily pricked My weak little Heart with your Needles.  
Before, She laid in a hospital bed Now, she makes sure the dogs are fed.  Before, She was surrounded by nurses. Now, she collects designer purses.   Her family used to hope and try
  A needle: a small, thin object with a sharp point that mends our open wounds.   Sewing needles are polished and used by seamstresses to keep our clothes stitched and tailored.
Use useless using user, Used by your abuser, Uses only to be used, The kind of clarity that leaves you confused. Tattoos made with stick and poke, But there’s no ink in needles filled with dope.
He always looks as though he’s tasted something bitter, so much so that i wonder if the cigarette he lifts to his lips tastes sweet to him. He smiles at me like he’s holding back tears,
On a cold metal table, naked, and it smells cloyingly clean, a hospital waiting room for body modification.   The room is too small. Feels even smaller when the man walks in, displaces air;
And so my lifeblood falls drip drip, drip, drip. drip drip, drip, drip.
