Her face lit up with a glow
Sparkles in her eyes
The great news she'd ever know
Is that she would be changing lives.

In school, I have been called many names
but I won't let it phase me in any way.

cannot leave but cannot stay.
We see it every single day.
Trying hard to stay on top,
sinking deep but just can't stop,
