**This brand new "Tripledemic" is definitely worrying me,
Especially for our children, who are sick as they can be.
Infections like Coronavirus, RSV & the Flu,
From immunization records and now covid vaccine cards,
Pfizer, Moderna, Dr. Fauci – Delta and Omicron.
To wear a mask or not to wear a mask is the political debate,
And now-
we really are segregated
Not
by our race
But our fear holding us captive,
In a six-feet-foreboding-panic of a cage
Men at work. Men at home. Man goes berserk. We need work.I need work. For real, for real work.
Living my life like it's golden.Living my life like im chosen.I am no longer broken.I am beholden, unfolding.Say in motion like the ocean, rolling.
Mask up
Six feet apart please
Forget your own name
You won't need to speak
Don't cough in public
Wash your hands
Remember hand sanitizer
Follow the demands
The virus is super bad
Come here
They whisper of a re-entry
When all that has plagued you is left behind
and you are living in bliss tenfold than the sorrow you endured
In this mystical place
far from the World and her terrors
The year 2020 started clear like a visionEverything was working without need for revision But a virus appeared that disrupted our health Closing down businesses and disrupting our wealth Scientists worked hard to search for a cure
I wear my mask not for me, but for you
For your children
For your parents and grandparents
With their cancer, heart disease, and asthma
I fear for their lives
The sickness is brutal
It began with wings,
leathery skin of a night dweller.
Hiding in plain sight under the veil of darkness.
It could not live nor die, it only was.
Coated in toxicity and bathed in the very blood that worshiped it.
