Oh!, Fellow reader, I swear to the pen
To interpret this experience, it's incapable
Yet, I will pen how rapid it all went,
Like a storm of dust, it dazzled me first
I wasn't aware enough to decide,
My grades define me.
And don't say they don't.
I have dreams and ambitions bigger than my ancestors wildest dreams, yet with every test I get smaller.
And there it is
“Congratulations!”
Written on the first line
Is that for me?
Is that a false alarm?
Am I needed for diversity?
I patiently waited for my real letter
You won't realize it 'till your already there College awaits, but you're unprepared! Like a bad nightmare You start to despair, the only thing I lean on now Is faith, hope and prayer. Lord, I feel weak 'Given my all' so
