We are stuck in a world of prejudice, Where the colour of our skin does not go unnoticed To say I am a citizen of the world is wrong, Because I must find a way to belong By colour, race and religion
When a person can say. They feel trapped at bay. And they see beyond. The rising dawn. They know what it takes. To create a place. Where people can wander. Without having to ponder.
I’ve made my choices, Played the hand that I’ve been dealt, But all I hear are voices, Tell me how I should have felt.
