Our Colour Doesn't Matter

We are stuck in a world of prejudice,

Where the colour of our skin does not go unnoticed

To say I am a citizen of the world is wrong,

Because I must find a way to belong

By colour, race and religion

I seek emancipation

For I am my own entity,

One that does not tie to common society.

I want freedom from the prison of categorisation,

And who is to make this happen

If not the people of our generation

No more labels, names or imitations

Because these stereotypes are humans limitations

We have to break through

From this world of incessant prejudice

And it does not matter if you are Hebrew,

As long as you are you.

A being free from divisions,

And constant racial manipulations.
