A Covid Christmas
Trying not to spread sickness
Only Christmas cheer
Masks with hot cocoa
Still feels 'un poco loco'
Awkward atmosphere
So six feet apart
Santa Claus comes on Christmas Day
He brings gifts and we play
He gives candy
He is friendly
We make tree and golden star
I will go far and eat chocolate bar
He wears red sweater and hat
what's worse?
Having to set up for a Christmas party or hosting a party your parents were supposed to throw?
what's worse?
seeing your mother sobbing hysterically or keeping yourself from doing so?
What's worse?
what's worse?

Those small Christmas lights lit up my whole world
Those lights made me smile for just a short time
THey made time last forever, everything whirled
Little orbs that were bright and made life fine,
This year is a new approach
To end my part in suffering
No animals will be poached
Passing on the commercial
ravenous shopping blundering
The gifts this year will consist;
Listening to ‘Sleigh Ride’ while studying for exams,
Watching The Santa Clause on Friday night in the lounge,
Rudolph doesn’t seem the same without your family,
