We’re apart as you planned
And every day is full of pain
Since you’re holding a different hand
Finally, that time of the year is here,
Where we spread happiness and cheer,
Christmas is truly a time of magic and fun,
Christmas cheer, coming near.
Songs of light, love, and hope.
Smells of ginger, spices and peppermint soap.
Evergreen leaves.
Christmas trees.
Jingling bells, cooking smells.
