Within my body, Like layers of muscle fused, Lies the diamond: hope.
Young blood spilled on harsh ground Anguished cries of a hurting mother and father A surgeon’s plea for a steady hand as she Questions why a babe was shot tonight
Never will I ever say  I'll stand with him As he ruins this country  Anymore than possible.  Never will I ever say  I stand for beliefs that  Always manipulate and deceive 
Dark eyes; tears of joy many things can change your mood just by walking through a door; life changes; confidence falls but one thing is certain through all faith will always pick you up from that fall. 
Withered away,basking in sunlight but descending in to darkness Past mistakes unveiling themselves, becoming the new reality Sinking, drowning, a quiet submersion with nature to end it all " It's easier this way", they say

If I were going to an island with nothing to hold I would take with me, the key to my soul Although this topic is very controversial I will  not give you any "bull"

Horns honking people talking sirens wailing Temptation swirling i feel so far away from you now At these times I put my earbuds in and turn my music up blaring
Sometimes i wish people would look at me and see that im not okay  that most nights i cry myself to sleep
