I saw
The shadows feed
I fall
Finally cut too deep
I call
Out can't you see?
I'm flawed
So from the heart I bleed
I'm lost
Give up I'm finally beat
They killed
Before I was, I had to come
To the forefront of death, of life.
And without any doubt of the from;
I now exist amidst the strife.
Without knowledge known to me yet,
No pressures found or even cared
Universal infinite, as strung upon the stars
Collapsing voids, swirling masses of rock and gas, slowly losing solid grasp
Drifting into worlds where the unknown dominates a presence of oxygen
I feel the pressure of the walls of this box
pushing from each side, increasing, squeezing,
and as it gets tighter in here, the pressure builds
builds into an atmosphere chaotic enough for lightning
The world stops to the sound of humanity. I turn around only to fall to my knees. The drowning beauty of the death of a dying light is too compelling to ignor.
