Peeling scales in rosetta geometry down the rail
Slick tile bearings, cigarette stained
Haughty men (women too) locked in iron stride...
Stop the crying
The bleeding, shouting—
I can’t sleep.
Oily unease bubbles out
My knees grow heavy
Throat cluttered by horror, undigested...
Looking for a warning sign
Amidst Earth’s complex design
Light little plastic bags
Jellyfish to the turtles with our tags
Our pistons out...
Too bright
Too powerful
Her breath of morning,
Draws me in
Her earthy glow of noon,
Excites the melanin in my skin
Plants salivate at...
We watched
As timid little cities
Filled their bellies
Full of brown and coal black
The air, a muddled mess
The bees, on verge of collapse...
