From your Lost Sister

I can’t look at you

You’re not the same person

You feel my eyes shooting daggers

And my mouth spitting lies

No I’m not excited to see you

Don’t try to close me in for a hug

Yes I know we’re family

We’re supposed to be like thunder and lighting

A dynamic duo

And that’s why I want you to forgive me

I don’t want to judge you anymore

You asked me to make you whole

Put you at peace

So that we can rekindle

You love me you need me

We’re sisters not enemies

You want to carry on

I asked you to give me time

Don’t give up on me

I’m trying to change my selfish ways

With time we will show everyone what sibling love looks like

And I will evolve into the sister you always wanted me to be
