You see my name but not my face

You see my grade but not my state

You hear my voice but not my words

You hear the words but don’t know a verb

You share your thoughts without feeling

You share your content without meaning

You lift me up but can’t see it

You tear me down but can’t own it

You listen but look through me

You speak but burden me

You point your finger and show no point

You have your favorites that have no points

You see my tears

You feel my fears

You cut me off with no remorse

You shame me with so much force

You do your job but do you earn your keep

You should know that you create an experience that is meek
