Working Bees

So much relies upon
Little working bees.
From cold winters to scorching summers,
The bees never fail
To contribute for their hive.

In the black of night,
when something goes bump,
The bees quick to protect,
For little means anything
Then the safety of the hive.

Though the little working bees tire
From foraging and packing,
They finds time
To tend their broods
And embrace their queen.

Little working bees always provide,
Yetfeigned by indifference.
They may have lost something
Somewhere deep in past shrubs,
But they try.

For their littlest bees.
