WOMEN: respect us because we are people
we are people, not objects or products, not apologies or excuses
often dehumanized and abused, as if we are not your sisters, mothers and daughters
men have the audacity to mistreat us, put us down, make us feel like we do not matter
even though we gave life to them; they were forged through our blood and pain and suffering
never let any man burn cigarette holes into your skin and tell you it makes you prettier

Me
Our world
