What is life if its not what you do?

Jobs here, jobs there

just stacking up like entires of a resume, but

none defines me

but what if?

instead of saying:

"I work at.."

I say "I am"

I am a teacher.

I am a retailer.

I am a designer.

I am an owner of a small business. 

all that I hoped to become

the power in that title

the love in that work

my calling

what if instead of learning, 

waiting, 

hoping, 

wishing

I could just do.
