Light
That is all I ever asked
The stars are receding
And I have failed my task
I wonder
I wonder
What did I fail to do?

I have been sleeping
Under the abyss of darkness
Under the belly of my Beast
I see no demon but my reflection
The puddles were deepening
Even the shadows will have me for feast
Until my reincarnation

I never knew the remorse
And I never knew the victimizing course
All I knew were my dreams
And the sacred moon reappearing to save me

Help...I need refuge.
