Vanilla Frosting

White flakes dancing in the air
Falling gracefully in my hair
Melting on the ground
Not making a sound
The Sun's face is despair.
The frozen rains covers the lands
As it grips the trees with its hands
Killing life slowly with its hold
It is safe to say that it is cold.
The trees have vanilla frosting on their branches
And the white flakes still have their advances
The sun lets out a victorious cry
As the ground begins to dry.
The white flakes melt apart
And spring is filled in everyone's heart.
