Tough Like Dad

I can't live without my dad.

Yeah, so does seven billion other lads.

Some are mad or sad dads

But my dad is rad.

He's ideal as steel

But like me, we cried on the inside.

I need to be strong like him

or I won't make it in this world.

I'll look up to him,

and he'll look up to me.

Because I'm all that he's got.

In Saudi Arabia he's all by himself.

For 4 years, I know he's coming back.

Mommy doesn't love him anymore,

a family no more.

Everything will be okay he says

but I know it isn't true.

That's why I'll be strong for Dad

And he'll be strong for me.
