Together

Dear Husband,

You say we are a team and that our hardship days will end soon.

The harder we work together, the better our future.

Yet to me, you seem to work so much harder, trying to leave me stress-free.

You tell me to only focus on my education.

Passing all of my classes with good grades and receiving my degree would make you so proud.

You’re employed at two jobs with different shifts, so there are days you come home half asleep, yet you’re still willing to take care of our children.

And you’re still willing to be by my side.

You and our children are my motivation to strive for so much in life.

You are my lover and my biggest supporter.

You give me a chance at my future.

I promise you that I will always be there for you, just like you are for me right now.

Love,

Your Wife
