Theatre is a sanctuary
my place of worship.
A song is a prayer,
and monologues are sermons.
Lines are gospel verses that all come together to create this beautiful mass we call a theatrical production.
Theatre is where you go to be weak
and honest
and vulnerable,
to question who and what you are,
to laugh or cry, whichever you happen to need at that moment.
It is a place for questioning, thinking, acceptance, love.
Each show is a new book in my bible, an ever-expanding bible that grows and changes with the times.
