I feel like you have the wrong notion

Im a sour bite with sparks beneath your eye lids as your mouth waters and your teeth slightly grind 

You suck in your drool as the tanginess eases

It hurts a bit but in the end, your gums crave more

It's your own saliva that's you taste after the sting making the experience sweet
