Sonnet of Summer

Location

Summer's rays warm and bright,

Ocean waves of teal and lime.

So soon the day to night,

running on the sands of time.

Though for now the sun still shines

on sea gulls feathers far and wide.

Gusts of winds sing in lines,

with welcoming whispers from waters tide.

A castles kingdom build in tan,

from roaming beaches golden sand.

This day was a simple plan

to spend today on coastal land.

But for now the day is gone

till tomorrows waking dawn.
