Sonnet I: My Life Poem
Tis impossible to write my life po'm.
Constantly I wonder why I try so.
My life will ne'er be as large as a tome.
But question begs still an answer to know.
The answer found me when sun hung so low
And I feared no answer I'd have for thee.
Please one moment of time I must borrow
And I shall now present th'answer to thee.
My life alone will write itself I see.
From me this po'm requires little effort.
Just that I live to th' fullest I be.
In lit or rhyme I needn't be expert.
Just to live and to love as God loves me.
So read and enjoy this bit of Posey.
