Why are you trying to knock me down?
I am expressing myself!
The world needs to know that this is me!
I do not want to blend in with society!
I want to express myself;
I want to show the real me!
But how can I in this society.

This society full of perfection;
While shunning the asymmetrical.
This society glorifying the beautiful;
While shunning the ugly.

But, what about me?
I am not perfect.
I am not beautiful.
However, I do know that I am me;
That's all I can be.

So, Do not try Society!
To knock me down,
To make me something I am not!
Because I will fight for my Freedom of Speech;
For my Freedom to Express Myself!
I will fight you,
Society,
If you try to knock me down.
