Smile

In me, your smile has awoken something long lost
My heart has begun to defrost-
Elated that our paths have crossed
You smile, I smile, I lack self- control
A fire burns in me and you've lit the charcoal
With you and this fire, I have been again made whole
I wish with you I've had the chance to embrace
Look you in the eyes and see the smile on your face
As we hold to each other beside a cozy fireplace
I know I mention often to you on how I feel
Your beauty leaves me feeling surreal
And with your smile, my heart you steal
A picture of your smile you've sent to me
Saved it I did, so I could always see
For you, my heart and mind, they do agree
