I can't forget or forgive the memories

You gave to me

This may sound bad but it's not

Living with regrets 

But sometimes not 

Slamming and screaming

Are all relative things

What may sound harsh

Fearful and Fretting

Is just another way to let out what we are forgetting

We are forgetting to forget

To let go 

Release

So please listen to me

You are not a bottle

You are not meant to become full

You are human

You are open

Closed

Beautiful

So forgive and forget 

Find your thing that lets you just scream slam 

Release
