The Size Of Success

Since when has the size on a pair of jeans determined success?
What happened to books and education being good enough?
Am I not good enough?
Not good enough because a test told me so or because the world told me I was?
Who are you to determine my success based on my size?
I am beautiful in every aspect
Skin, shape and size,
Brains comes with beauty is a lie,
I am beauty, brains and all,
This world has become so focused on size that they fail to release success is not a number.
A size 16? Who cares about your size?
Get your education and be proud you did,
Most girls don't live to see one.
Don't worry about what if I am too big or too small,
God created someone who will love you just the way you are.
Don't worry about what the future holds for all your curves,
Life is not a straight line.
Don't hang your head in embarrassment when someone is not impressed,
Your education says enough.
Be proud of who you are,
You are more beautiful than you know.
You are what this world needs,
A confident, beautiful, plus size woman to show them that life has its curves,
And every size can accomplish it.
