Seven Little Dwarves

Seven little dwarves carrying bricks;

One strained too much and then there were six.

Six little dwarves went for a dive;

One went too deep and then there were five.

Five little dwarves sleeping some more;

One overslept himself and then there were four.

Four little dwarves playing near a tree;

One fell down far and then there were three.

Three little dwarves seeing if they grew;

One stretched a lot and then there were two.

Two little dwarves testing out a gun;

One shot the other and then there was one.

Snow White came by and bashed in the one’s head;

No more dwarves, she smiled and said.
