Seasons

Sat, 09/06/2014 - 18:43 -- Abri101

Bonfires, laughter, music, and food linger in the summer night air

The sun beats down on the dark bodies sitting near the water

Sleep is her bestfriend and the night hours are favorite times

Summer comes to a close and school is back in session

Do not fret young girl because with school comes the fall

Falling leaves, cold nights, warm blankets, and football games

The gloomy rainy nights bring a chill to the air

Cuddling up on the couch with a blanket, hot chocolate, and a book becomes her favorite activity

She smells warm pumpkin pies, cinnamon, and coffee.

Summer fades and Fall sets in.
