Ricochet to the Heart
Scarlet feathers soar through the clouds,
by the mating of lead and flesh.
Leading the future to arise,
To walk upon their paths in pride.
Tis' their destiny to commit,
the march that others feared and quit.
They took the future with fragile hands,
For the strangers lying within the sands.
No more! They shout.
No guns! They chant.
Rather than let others decide their fate,
They designed their own in her face.
